Pilot plant

It consists of:

• A reactor with a duplicator with a working volume of 30 liters, a mixer controlled by a frequency regulator. Operating pressure from vacuum-10Pa (A) to 3 barg (4 bar A), The thermal oil in the duplicator is heated by an electric heater, the operating temperature in the reactor is up to 200 C. The reactor is cooled by Glycol from the cooling plant through a pipe spiral in it to -20C
• Water condenser with receiving container 30 liters volume
• Refrigerating unit with condenser/heat exchanger, for condensation of steam down to -30 C, or preparation of glycol for reactor cooling.
• Instruments for measuring/regulating temperature, pressure, and engine power. Management via HMI/PLC
• Distillation column, segmental for mounting on the reactor
• Vacuum pump, continuous fluid bed dryer with a capacity of up to 50 kg/h
